Coldwell Banker Success Southwest Honored
For Corporate Community Achievement : Third Time in Five Years

Efforts to help its neighbors have earned Coldwell Banker
Success Southwest the Corporate Community Achievement Award
from the Tucson Association of REALTORSŪ for the second year
in a row and the third time in the past five years.
The award is given in recognition of the initiative and leadership
of a REALTORŪ company for providing leadership and service
through a broad range of community involvement.
Coldwell Banker Success Southwest created a charitable foundation
in 1998 that has distributed more than $100,000 to local organizations.
In addition, the company has an ongoing effort to collect
food for the Community Food Bank at all seven of its locations,
annually collects toys, provides volunteers for the U.S. Marine
Corps Reserve "Toys for Tots" program, and is the corporate
sponsor of the annual Fort Lowell Soccer Shoot Out.
"It's an important part of our corporate culture to give
back to the community. We encourage all of our managers and
agents to get involved and we match their financial contributions,"
said Paul Lindsey, president of Coldwell Banker Success Southwest.

work.
