
Coldwell Banker Agent Earns Commercial Designation

TUCSON—Jerry Marbury, Associate Broker at the Foothills Office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, 5605 E. River Road, recently earned the designation of Accredited Commercial Consultant, one of only eight in Arizona to hold this commercial certification recognized by the Commissioner of Real Estate as a sign of expertise.
Part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Team, Marbury also gained the title of Previews Properties Specialist as a member of Coldwell Banker Previews International. Obtaining an Arizona real estate license in 1994 and selling lots and homes, he became a real estate broker in 1997 working with investors, builders, and business owners, specializing in retail property sales, retail property leasing and tenant representation. He is a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society.
Marbury, a 14-year resident of Tucson, is a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors® forms committee and of Su Casa. He is also affiliated with the National Association of Realtors® and the Arizona Association of Realtors®.
Prior to real estate, he served the country during Desert Storm in the United States Army, Systems Command.
